A “dispute” is a disagreement or conflict arising between two (2) or more individuals or corporate bodies. It follows that a “real estate dispute” is a disagreement concerning real estate. A real estate dispute may solely concern real estate, partially concern real estate, or only generally concern or be related to real estate.

  • disputes concerning the terms of a contract, such as an Agreement of Purchase and Sale or a Shareholders Agreement;
  • disputes concerning the lease or purchase of a property; and,
  • disputes concerning title to property.
