BIOGRAPHY
Radoslav is a Partner at Chand & Co. Radoslav has a proven track record of delivering favourable results for his clients on a wide array of legal matters. He is relentless in his pursuit of his clients’ rights and interests and provides an assessment of the risks and benefits of each strategic option. His practice primarily focuses on civil, commercial, criminal and regulatory matters and he has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice, provincial offences court and the small claims court.
Having successfully managed several family-owned businesses, Radoslav has the experience and understanding of the kind of issues his clients face, the obstacles they must overcome and the objectives they set to grow their business. By striving to achieve his clients’ goals in a timely, cost-effective and conscientious manner, Radoslav earns the trust and confidence of his clients.
Drawing from his experience as a litigator, he offers a unique perspective to clients where he is able to consider how a matter would play out if it went to trial and try to solve legal issues and problems before they escalate. If a dispute cannot be avoided, Radoslav is known to be a fierce advocate at any stage of the court proceeding on behalf of his clients.
Radoslav is dedicated to establishing a strong and enduring relationship with each one of his clients. He works hard to anticipate and understand their specific legal and business needs, provides them with advice that is timely and valuable for pragmatic resolutions.
Radoslav started his legal career at a boutique litigation firm. He then built and ran his own law firm prior to joining Chand & Co.
