BIOGRAPHY
Haris Abid is an Articling Student at Chand & Co.
Haris obtained his Juris Doctor from the Western University, Faculty of Law. During this time, Haris was actively involved with the Western Business Law Clinic, where he served as both a Caseworker and Student Director, assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs with their legal needs.
Following his second year of law school, Haris worked as a Summer Law Student at one of Canada’s largest wealth management companies, where he gained valuable experience in corporate and securities law, as well as regulatory compliance.
Prior to law school, Haris earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. His undergraduate studies helped him develop the critical thinking and problem-solving skills that continue to support his developing practice.
