Hishaam graduated from the University of Ottawa and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2023. Regulatory Compliance and Defense: Hishaam has experience with diverse OMVIC and Electrical Safety Authority matters, where he has made a significant impact by drafting persuasive responses to Notices of Intent and negotiating directly with prosecutors on behalf of his clients.

Criminal Defence: Hishaam has dealt with complex Charter applications in the Superior Court of Justice, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to constitutional issues. He has resolved a wide range of criminal matters through strategic advocacy and a sharp ability to identify pivotal points in the evidence and caselaw.

Judicial Review: Hishaam has experience with a wide range of judicial review matters before the Divisional Court, helping clients weigh the opportunity costs of moving forward with such applications. He has extensive experience in drafting well-reasoned factums.
